PUBLIC HOUSING WAITING LISTS
NOTICE OF THE REOPENING OF THE TWO, THREE & FOUR BEDROOM WAITING LISTS
Effective July 1, 2024, the 2, 3, & 4 Bedroom Waiting Lists will reopen. Fifty applications will be accepted for the 2 & 3 Bedroom Lists. Twenty-five applications will be accepted for the 4 Bedroom List.
The 1 Bedroom List for Family Units will remain closed until further notice.
The High-Rise Units will remain open. Our High-Rise Units are independent living facilities offering rental units to those whose income meets standards set by the US Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) and are at least 62 years of age or older or 55 years of age and older and collecting Social Security Benefits.
The waiting lists are routinely closed when the anticipated time for certain sized units exceeds 12 months.
